RETURNS
Exchange or Store Credit only within 10 days of purchase, no refunds. Clothing and footwear must be returned new, unused, unaltered, and with all original NICO Lady + Baby and Designer Garment Tags still attached. No exceptions.
Christmas presents purchased between December 1st and December 24th may be exchanged for Store Credit up until December 31st. Product returned after this date will not be accepted.
All Layaways, Special Orders, Jewelry, Intimates, Hosiery and Sale Items are a Final Sale and can not be exchanged or returned for store credit. Sorry, we do not offer price adjustments.
Gift Certificates and Store Credit Notes are to be treated like cash, they can not be replaced if lost or stolen.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Business Expedited which includes tracking and $100.00 insurance coverage.
Orders over $100.00 will be given the choice of optional additional insurance coverage at the customer's expense. Upon receiving your order, our shipping team will contact the customer directly with an updated shipping total which will cover the total value of the order. If the additional insurance coverage is declined by the customer, we cannot be liable for lost or stolen packages. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
